Customer control
Procurement data belongs to the customer workspace. Workspace administrators control document uploads, member access, reviewer permissions, and evaluation workflows.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded documents comply with their organization's policies and any applicable legal or contractual requirements.
Data security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect customer information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
